Waalida ke intiqaal ke bad gold ki zakaat adaa karna

Hamare han gold he. Ami k death ko hue taqreban sawal saal hogia he. Unka aik beta he. Kia gold pe zakat unke Ami k death k bad unke bete pe farz hogi ya jub se wo gold tha? Yani Ami ki hayat me aur bad me sub ki farz bete pe hogi ya sub bete ne hi ada krna hoga. Rehnumai krden.

Answer

Aap ki waalida ke intiqaal ke bad jab gold ki taqseem wurasaa me hojaawe to har waaris apne hisse par zakaat adaa kare.
