Who does the items belongs to?
Published as Ownership of items that a husband purchased for his wife to use
Question
A man buys items for the wife to use, example, Wonder bags etc. Who does the items belongs to? To the wife or husband?
Answer
If it was bought only for her to use then it belongs to the husband.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
