Nikaah me kufw ka madaar

Question

شہر کی عورت گاوں میں نکاح کرے تو کیا یہ نکاح غیر کفو کہلاتا ہے

Answer

Nahi, kufw ka madaar rehne ki jage par nahi he, balke baz khaas cheezo par he:

1. Musalmaan hone me

2. Deendaar hone me

3. Maaldaar hone me

4. Peshe me.

Agar larka larki ke barabar he in cheezo me ya larki se foqiyat rakhta he, to larka larki ka kufw hoga.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
