Eik talaaq teen baar kehna takeed keliye

Question

Me ne apni bv ko 6 saal phly kaha k me ne tujhe aik talaq di kun k mera maqsad tha k talaq e Raji honi chahye.

Fir 2 saal phly me fir kaha k me ne tujhu dosri talaq di, me ne tujhe dosri talaq di, me ne tujhw dosri talaq di. Mera maqsad ab bhi tha k talaq raji ho or usy clear ho k ye dosri talaq hy.

Meri niyat bhi dosri talaq ki thi. Kia talaq hoi hy?

Answer

Jis waqt aap ne ye jumla bola "me ne tujhe dosri talaaq di, me ne tujhe dosri talaaq di, me ne tujhe dosri talaaq di" agar aap ki niyyat sirf eik talaaq deni thi aur aap ne ye jumla takeedan bola, to is se sirf eik talaaq waaqi hogayee.

Ab aap ki biwi par 2 talaaq hogayee aur sirf eik talaaq baaqi he.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
