Using nasheeds as a background sound for adverts
Question
I have a business selling Kurtas. Is it permissible to use a nasheed with no musical background or impermissible voice in the background for the adverts. Is it permissible to use Arabic poetry without any impermissible voice or meaning as well?
Answer
Many a time, these nasheeds have resemblance with musical tones. Therefore, it is best to refrain.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
