Person saying to his wife by her mother's house "you can stay here permanently"
Question
If you talking to your wife and you say by her mother's house "you can stay here permanently and I'll come visit you here' is this a divorce?
Answer
No divorce has taken place.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
