Underage child coming out of ihraam due to sickness

Question

We came on Umrah with kids and my 6 years 8 months old fell too sick that we have to take him to emergency in Mecca in the state of ihram.

We treated him and then my wife and my daughter we performed Umrah Alhamdulilah. But due to his sickness we can’t take him for umrah and he had to be taken out of ihram state to take rest. What should I do? Is Damm or Sadqah wajib on me?

Answer

Since he is underage, he is excused and no damm or sadaqah is compulsory.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
