Taking one's right from one's employers who never pay one for few months

Question

My company does not pay me on time. Salaries have been delayed for over 6 months. Now they have allocated money for a project. But the client has already completed this project and the company does not know about it.

Can I take this money and use it for my personal expenses as the company does not pay me on time at all? I am the one who is controlling the cash flow and only I will know about it.

Answer

It is halaal for you to take your right which they owe you. However, you should save yourself from legal implications.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
