Question

When sitting in a chair to perform salaah, where must my hands be whilst I'm making my intention and making ruku, sajdah and after getting up from ruku?

How low must I bow for ruku and sajdah?

Answer

Your hands will be on your thighs.

You will bend forward slightly for ruku and slightly more for sajdah.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
