Asking for forgiveness from Allah Ta’ala with sincerity and a firm resolve
Question
When I ask Allah Ta'ala for forgiveness for all my sins, then what frame of mind must I have?
Answer
With all sincerity and a firm resolve ask Allah Ta`ala for forgiveness with this in mind that you will never revert to this sin. And when the taubah has been done thoroughly then be certain that Allah Ta`ala has accepted your dua and repentance.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
