Darane ke lia talaaq dena

Question

I had a fight with my wife over some issue. I told her main tumhay talaq day doon ga phir kaha ek ho gahi do ba'd main doon ga. Next time I again fought with her. I told her if you do not listen to me main talaq day data hoon. But all the time I did not intend to give her divoice just to scare her.

Answer

Agar che aap ne talaaq sirf daraane ke liye dedi lekin talaaq waaqi hogai.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
