Intimacy with one's wife

Question

Is it permissible for the husband to rub the clitoris (the small sensitive organ above the opening of the urethra, which is homologous to the penis) of his wife until she has sexual climax?

Answer

Yes, provided she is not in haidh. In the state of haidh the husband should refrain from touching the area below the navel till the knee.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
