Blowing on water and throwing it on the foundation of a new building
Question
We are building and we were told to read Surah Bakarah and blow in the water and throw on the foundation. Please can you adsice us?

These are experiences of people. It is not an act of merit or thawaab. Hence, it is permissible.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
