Chacha ku zakaat dena

Question

Mera chacha ke bache nahe he owr woh ab kaam nahi kar sakte. Ayk saal pahle unho ne zameen beache he taqreeban 5 laakhe ke owr paise bank main he. Kya une zakaat de sakte he ya nahe?

Answer

Agar woh ghareeb aur muhtaaj ho aur unke paas maal dolat nahi he unko zakaat dena durust he.
