Reciting Tawwuz in the khutbah before reciting an aayah of the Qur'an

Question

When reading the Ayat of the Quran in Jummah Khutbah, is it compolsary and sunnah to read Taawwuz before reading the Quranic Ayah or not?

Answer

We have not come across any Hadith which states that Ta'awudh should be recited in the khutbah before reciting the aayat of the Quraan.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
