Piercing the ear

Question

My daughter want to get a piercing on the top of her ear. She does wear a scarf when she goes out. Is it permissible?

Answer

Piercing the ear is only at the bottom i.e. the earlobe.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
