Question

In Talim ul Haq Masaail pertaining to ghusal it says If one is in the state of Hadase Akbar or Janaabat then it is not permissible to remove, cut or break any nails or hair from any part of the body.

Is the above correct because in Fatawa books like Ahsanul Fatawa etc its says its disliked or makrooh e tanzihi to remove, cut or break any nails or hair from any part of the body If one is in the state of Hadase Akbar or Janaabat?

Answer

The mas’alah is as it appears in Ahsanul Fatawaa.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
