Sperm coming out with urine

Question

I have a problem for the last 5 years. In a week many times after urine sperm comes out with urine so I cannot continue my prayer. So tell me if I need gusul or not?

Answer

Ghusal is not waajib. Make wudhu and perform your Salaah.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
