Fasts Due to Breaking One's Oath

Question

The three fast for breaking a qasam have to be fasted together or with intervals?

Answer

The fast of the kaffarah for the broken qasam must be kept consecutively.

( وإن عجز عنها ) كلها ... ( صام ثلاثة أيام ولاء )

و قال في رد المحتار : قوله ( ولاء ) بكسر الواو والمد أي متتابعة لقراءة ابن مسعود وأبي فصيام ثلاثة أيام متتابعات فجاز التقييد بها لأنها مشهورة فصارت كخبره المشهور وتمامه في الزيلعي (رد المحتار 3/727)
