Question

If a person plays a game in which statements of kufr and shirk are said at the achievment of a goal or a certain action (by the gaming instruments), does this take him out of the fold of Islam? If he is married, should he redo his nikah?

Answer

Yes, if in any way he shows or displays agreement to disbelief even though he rejects it mentally.

Yes.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
