Question

I wanted to ask, in an argument I said to my wife "If you to want to leave me, do what you got to do, it is up to you". In my head I was thinking if my wife wants to leave me I will leave her. But she said to me that she did not mean or say she wanted to leave me.

Answer

This does not construe a divorce.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
