Wazifa for sukoon and tranquillity

Question

I am not finding sukoon. I require some peace of mind. Please give me some dua so that I recover quickly.

Answer

Increase your durood shareef. After the fardh namaaz that is performed with jamaat with the first takbeer read istighfaar and try your best to refrain from any argument.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
