Father stopping one from keeping nafil fasts
Question
If my father stops me from fasting and says no don't fast tommorow I don't want you to. Should I fast or not?
Answer
If your health is going to be affected or you will not be able to accomplish any of your works or tasks then you should listen to him.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
