Issuing a divorce in anger

Question

My husband divorced me many times in anger so is the divorce valid? Now he says that he was out of control.

Answer

All the divorces are valid. Since there were many times that he had divorced and they must have been more than 3 or 4 times that they were uttered then you are out of the nikaah. Hence, it is haraam to live with him.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
