Can I recite Qur'an and go for a funreal if I make wudhu for asr?

Question

I am a mazoor. I make wudhu for every prayer. Can I recite Qur'an and go for a funreal if I make wudhu for asr? Can you tell me any hadith regarding a mazoor and what does the Qur'an say for a mazoor?
