Teen talaaq

Question

Mera question hain ke mere husband ne mujhe talaaq bolkar de diya hai but unhone ek hi time 3 baar bol diya but 3 month me nahi bola hain. To kya he talaq jayaz hai ya nahi? Talaq ke bad ek aurat ke kya haq hote hai? Mere 2 bache hai. Mujhe please detail me bataye.

Answer

Jab us ne teen talaaq de di, to nikaah tootgaya. Ab tum downo ke lia miya biwi ki tarah ayk saat rehna haraam he.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
