Hazrat meri sister floor pe beth ke Quran Shareef ki tilawat kar rahi thi or m bed m se ry thi so when I wake up mene kaha forun Quran Shareef upar beth ke pdho tmhe gunah milega ye bé adabi h k hm upar so rhe or tm niche tilawat Kr rhi ho..then she Saïd to me gunah tb milta jb tm pair ltka k beth ti tmhe gunah n'y milega Q k tmhare dono pair upar h...mene kaha ye Sb kisi kitab me n'y likha hua h k pair ltka k bethne se gunah milta h or upar Kr k bethne se ny milta. Is that true That m'y sister says regarding the respect of Holy Quran?

Answer

Jo aap ne kaha wo saheeh he. Urf me ye Qur'an ke adab ke khilaaf samja jata he ke koi uzar ke baghair Qur'an se kisi oonchee jaga par bethe.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
