Question

Mera ye sawal hai ke agr chaar paai par ihtilaam ho gaya to chaar paai ka bistar badalna ya nahi?

Answer

Badalna zuroori nahi he, lekin jis jaga par naapaaki aayi, us ku achi tarah dowle yaha tak ke naapaaki nikal jaae.
