Question

My question is about sadaqa. Is it allowed in Islam that the meat of sadaqa which is given to a madrasa for orphan Qur'an students is used in meelaad sharif programmes and eaten by rich people?

Answer

It is not permissible.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
