Question

Mera sawal yeh hai ke meri shaadi huye 1 saal ho gaye they aur in guzre huye saalon me maine alni biwi ko kisi wajah se 2 talaaq di thi. Aur mere zehen me baar baar 1 talaaq dene ki baat aurr aarahi hai ke maine ek aur talaaq di hai. Please mujhe bataayen mai kya karoo. Ab maine apni alahidgi ikhtayaar kar li hai. Aur sab ko pata bhi chal gaya hai ki maine apni biwi ko talaaq di hai. Please meherbani karke jald jawaab de ki kya meri talaaq waqiye ho gai hai ya nhi huyi?

Answer

Agar teesre talaaq dene ka yaqeen ne ho to lihaza biwi shaadi me he nikaah se nahi nikli.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
