The kitaab "Raddul Muhtaar"
Question
Is Raddul Muhtaar a reliable book on the hanafi madhab. I heard in Arab countries they don't allow anyone to read Raddul Muhtaar as it contains a lot of unknown things.

We have got our Raddul Muhtaar from Arab countries.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
