Question
Does one have to partake of Suhoor/Sehri for Nafl or Qadha fasts?
Answer
Partaking of Suhoor is a great Sunnah of our Beloved Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam. Not partaking of Suhoor does not affect the validity of one’s fast. However, we have been encouraged to partake of it in many Ahaadith.
