Experiencing nocturnal emission whilst fasting
Question
What is the opinion of the Ulama in regards to the following Mas’ala:
A person took a rest after eating Sehri since there was quite a bit of time remaining before the Fajr Adhaan. He fell asleep and experienced a wet dream. Is his fast valid or not?
Answer
The fast will be valid, but he will be held accountable for making his Salaah Qadhaa. He should be cautious in future. [Re:- Kitaabun Nawaazil Pg.371 Vol.6]
