Question

If a lady performed Ghusl with hair oil and serum in her hair, and the water did not penetrate through the oil, is her Ghusl valid?

Answer

Yes, Ghusl will be valid. It is not necessary that the oil (on the hair) is totally removed when making Ghusl with the proviso that water reaches all the hair.
