Urinating On Graves

Question

Is it permissble to urinate on the grave of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiyani?

Answer

It is Makrooh (disliked) to urinate on someone’s grave, irrespective of whether they are Muslim or not.

وَلَا بَأْسَ بِرَشِّ الْمَاءِ عَلَيْهِ وَيُكْرَهُ أَنْ يُبْنَى عَلَى الْقَبْرِ أَوْ يُقْعَدَ أَوْ يُنَامَ عَلَيْهِ أَوْ يُوطَأَ عَلَيْهِ أَوْ تُقْضَى حَاجَةُ الْإِنْسَانِ مِنْ بَوْلٍ أَوْ غَائِطٍ أَوْ يُعَلَّمَ بِعَلَامَةٍ مِنْ كِتَابَةٍ وَنَحْوِهِ, كَذَا فِي التَّبْيِينِ.
