Ghusal after masturbation

Question

Do you have to shower after masturbating?

Answer

It is not permissible for one to take pleasure from one's body through masturbation. If one had committed this sin, then one should sincerely repent to Allah Ta'ala and make a firm resolve that one will not repeat this sin in the future. Ghusl will be compulsory if one had ejaculated through masturbation.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
