Highlighting the eye brows

Question

I had a question. I know that shaping and plucking of eye brows is haram and that the woman who gets it done and the woman who does it have both been cursed. But what if we don't pluck and we just highlight the brows with eye shadow? Is that haram too?

Answer

They should refrain from doing this.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
