Masturbating without ejaculating

Question

If a person is masturbating and while he is doing he stops before he ejaculate will ghusl be waajib?

Answer

Taking any sexual benefit and pleasure from one's body (through masturbation etc.) is impermissible. One should sincerely repent to Allah Ta'ala for getting involved in such sins, and make a firm resolve that he will not return to this sin in the future. If one did not ejaculate, ghusl will not be waajib.

And Allah Ta'ala knows best.
