Question

Kia mobile screen pe Qur'an baghair wudhu ke parha ja skta he? Yani agr koi sorat hifz krni ho to khawateen apny ayyam e makhsosa may ya napaki ki halat may baghair zaban hilaye mobile screen sy daikh kr dil he dil may hifz kr slti hn?

Answer

Agarche parhna durust he lekin munaasib nahi he.

Agar zabaan ko harkat diye baghayr jee me agar hifz karti ho to durust he.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
