Question

Agar husband panic wife se kahe ke tu chali ja, to kya talaaq hoti he?

Answer

Agar in lafaaz ke bowlne ke waqt uski niyyat talaaq thi, to talaaq hogai. Agar us ne talaaq ki niyyat se nahi kaha, to talaaq nahi huwi.
