Question

Mera sawal ye ha mene narazgi me shohar se jane k lye kaha k men ghr chali jaungi or tum akele rehna. Meri intention khula lene ki nahi the aur shohar ne agay se kaha thek ha tum chali jao mene kaha men wakai chali jaungi tu unhu ne kaha haan chali jao ghr. Isse khuda na khasta talaak tu nhn hoti kun k meri koi khula ki niyat nhn the na mene ya mere shohar ne aisa kuch b chaha. Mene narazgi me jane ko kaha or unhu ne b narazgi me hi kaha k chali jao.

Answer

Agar khawind ne talaaq ki niyyat nahi ki ho to kuch nahi hoga.
