Qardh khwaah par zakaat

Question

Hamare upar kafi qarz hai. Lekin kuch gold para hai. Kya zakat dena farz hoga ya qarz ki wajah se maafi hai?

Answer

Agar gold qardh se ziyaadah ho to zakaat dena fardh he.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
