Question

ایک شخص کا انتقال ہوگیا ہے ورثہ مین صرف ایک پھوپھی کے 5 بیٹے اور ایک پھوپھی کی 3 بیٹیان ہیں ترک کس طرح تقسیم ہوگا ؟

Answer

Agar us shakhs ka koi asabah rishtedaar nahi he, mathalan chacha ke larke ya pote, wa ghayrah to uska tarikah phoopi zaad bhai aur behn me taqseem hogi. Usko 13 hisse me baraabar taqseem hogi aur is tareeqah se baant dee jaayegi:

Har phoopi zaad bhai ko 2 hisse milega

Har phoopi zaad behn ko 1 hissa milega

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
