Question

ایک میت 1 بیٹی اور 1 بیوی چھوڑ کر مری اور میت کا باب اور میت کے 2 بھای ذندہ یے اب کس طرح 1 کروڑ کو تقسیم کریں

Answer

Agar mayyit ke baap, biwi aur bethi ke alawa koi aur shar`ee waaris na ho to uska meeraath ko 8 baraabar hisse me taqseem kee jaayegi. Biwi ko 1 hissah milega, bethi ko 4 hisse milega aur baap ko 3 hisse milega.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
