Marrying one's foster niece

Question

If someone wants to marry his cousins daughter, but she was breastfed by the elder sister of the person who wants to marry, does Islam allow this marriage?

Answer

It is not permissible. She is his foster niece.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
