Why should a person marry?

Answer

Nikaah is an emphasized sunnah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam). Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said that the one who turns away from my sunnah is not from me. Hence, if one does not have a valid excuse not to get married and one is able to get married, then one should get married. Apart from this, nikaah is the means through which a person will be safeguarded from falling into sin.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
