Question

Ipad's and other tablets now come with the complete Qur'an installed in them. Is it permissible to touch it without wudhu when the Qur'an application is opened.

Answer

It is permissible to touch it without wudhu. However, it is better that one out of respect, does not touch that part of the screen where the actual aayah is displayed.
