Father looking at daughter's bare back or breast
Question
If the father looks at the daughter's breast without any cloth or bra and stomach or back without any cloth, will hurmat-e-musaaharah become established. Please answer the question according to sunni fiqh hanafi in both cases with or without lust.
Answer
No. But it is not right for him to look intentionally.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
