Woman's ankle exposed during salaah

Question

If the ankle of a woman is exposed for the duration of her entire salaah, is the salaah valid?

Answer

The ankle should not be exposed during salaah. However, if the ankle was exposed during the salaah, then since the ankle is less than a quarter of the limb, the salaah will be valid. The ankle is part of the shin.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
