School driver receiving a fare for school holidays where no service was provided

Question

A school van driver is receiving a whole month's fare from children but there was 12 days holidays from school in a month. During the 12 days school holiday, the driver did not provide any service.

Is he eligible to receive 12 days fare in accordance with injuctions of Islam?

Answer

He is not eligible to receive a fee for the days he did not provide the service.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
